New Techniques!
Volume one begins with the fundamentals of anatomy, the patient/surgeon relationship, and what constitutes aesthetics in breast surgery. A completely new chapter has been included on endoscopic breast surgery with specific information on clinical applications throughout the book. A totally rewritten chapter on implants and expanders brings you up to date on the state of the art since the implant controversy and describes and evaluates currently available devices with the author's specific recommendations of which implants are best suited for different aesthetic and reconstructive situations. Chapters on augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy have been expanded and completely revised to reflect the newest aesthetic techniques and Dr. Bostwick's current approach to these operations. Consequently, new expanded sections have been included on vertical mammoplasty and mastopexy and on approaches to augmentation and mastopexy.
